Well, this seems to be turning into a 3 monthly blog. Been kept so busy on all the forums I'm on. Just trying to spread the Love around and help others, with a few kind words, or encouragement.
Christmas was quiet, but nice. We actually ate at the Xmas table each meal for around 6 or so days, New Years day was the last! Sad, but true. I so enjoyed eating at the same table with my DB (dearly beloved) Kevin. He bought me chocolates for Xmas, not good for someone on a new way of life that doesn't include sugar!!  He knows I've still got another 20 kilos to go, but still giving me stuff he knows I can't eat. Ah, well, just have to toughen up and keep on refusing.
Life has been a mixture of good things and some not so good things. But I will only dwell on the good things, trying to be positive.
Things are getting better, spiritually, I have been  seeing 'sparkles'  now for around 8 months or so, when I do readings at the Markets I go to. Now I can feel tingles in the back of my neck, down into my upper back as well. This is a good sign that my Angels and Guides are with me.
My eating plan has been a bit up and down, and so I'm stuck ATM.
Still eating low-fructose, low-carb, high protein, very low sugar. good fats, and heaps of vegetables.
Having the odd treat now & then, which is why I'm stuck. Sadly, still not walking, only sporadically.
The other half of my Green Slip arrived Friday, the money came into my bank to pay it yesterday!! Thank you my Angels, I'm so grateful.
